How do I know if my Online Booking appointment request was received?Upon completing your Online booking appointment request you should see an Appointment Request Successful! screen with a confirmation # (See example below). If you don't see this screen upon submitting your appointment request then we didn't receive your appointment request. Either try again or call us at the studio.

How do I know if my appointment request was confirmed?Appointment requests are not confirmed until reviewed by Hair Studio staff. Once your appointment request is confirmed you will receive an email confirmation from us (sender will be from Appointment Notification or appointments@daysmart.com) stating that your appointment request has been confirmed. Please be sure to read the notification carefully as sometimes we will not accept your appointment request due to other conflicts in our schedule and ask for you to Reschedule your appointment request.

Why didn't I receive my confirmation email? What do I do if I didn't receive my confirmation email?Our system only sends out confirmation emails during business hours M-F 9am-4pm . If you submitted your appointment request outside of business hours then you will receive your confirmation email as soon as the start of the next business hours. If you still have not received your email confirmation from us then either your email address was entered wrong at the time of your appointment request or it is possible that the confirmation email is in your SPAM folder. Please check your SPAM folder and if you still don't have the confirmation email then please call us at the Studio.
